Sunshine and Shadows

This image portrays my day. Bright and happy for part of the time, but also a very sad day.

There must have been over 200 shoeboxes handed in today for the Operation Christmas Child project I mentioned on Friday. Lots of happiness to send overseas.

BA and I had a walk in Pollok Park as the sun was going down and admired this lovely scene from the top of the hill beside the Burrell Collection building. These colours will soon be gone I am sure.

A sad day, as we come to terms with the news of the passing of a little one, only a few weeks old. My heart goes out to the family at this painful time of parting.
