Punkin' Pie

I made it yesterday and we snacked on it all day today...

One little sugar pumpkin was left over, forgotten in the corner.

What shall I do with it?

Here is the filling recipe I used for the pie. I'm experimenting to get it right for Thanksgiving. This was pretty good!

2 cups cooked and mashed sugar pumpkin, or canned pumpkin
1.5 cups milk
1 cup light brown sugar
2 tablespoons molasses
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
Seeds scraped from the inside of a 2" long segment of vanilla bean
4 medium eggs
