Crockpot

Lovely day off - brunch at St. Clouds - had one of the yummiest omelets I've ever had (and I'm not one for omelets). Filled with sauteed mushrooms, braising greens, spinach and asiago cheese, then topped off with a tomato pesto. This will definitely be a repeat place for brunch.

Easy afternoon at home - broke out the crockpot for it's inaugural meal of the season. Made a veggie chili that I threw together and it was delightful (even though we were home and could have used the stovetop).

Combination of recipes - one from Allrecipes.com and the other one from Emeril.
