Alliance

Cardiff! And still no time for blipping. Managed to get this just outside my hotel. I actually really like this sculpture and would like to have done it more justice than this, but it was the best I could do after a 5am start and a long day at work.

The sculpture is The Alliance, a 25m high steel ring by Jean-Bernard Metais. It's on the newly developed street The Hayes in the centre of town. My hotel, the Radisson Blu, is the high building just visible in the centre of the ring. Got a room on the 17th floor hoping for a view but the windows are quite smeared and the pics wouldn't come out.

Now knackered and off to bed. Good night blippers!
