Bear in Bavaria

I've come to Bavaria with photographic group to take photos of the wild animals in the National Park which is on the border with Czeckoslovakia. It has enclosures which are considerably larger than any zoo and has animals such as bear,lynx, wolves, bison, and otter

We came late so that the leaf cover would be minimal, but the downside was that standing around for hours at a time waiting for things to happen, meant that I was largely freezing cold most of the time. The light, affected by the grey damp weather was very poor, and I stuggled to keep my speed up which was really important when the bear cubs were play fighting in the pond. Those photos are completely naff.
