rocket salad - mmm!

So, as a little treat/reward for battling to the supermarket we often buy ourselves something nice for tea. Tonight we went to Tesco and here's part of our lovely tea (we had a pizza of disappointment with it).

I probably should note that we don't go to the supermarket very often - about once a month - so it's not a hugely frequent occurrence. Living in the middle of nowhere just past the back of beyond, we keep large stocks of food in the house and just top up the staples every few weeks or so.

And we buy our (vegetarian) parmesan online by the kilo - seriously!
