Backblip - Budget Morning

This was dawn on budget morning in Edinburgh - the view from my office in the Parliament. I suppose I could have said that the glow of light edging the dark clouds was symbolic , but actually it simply struck me as a wonderful sight and , in addition. the same view was my first blip in November last year.
