Gross

Found this in the bag of 15 bean soup mix (why wouldn't someone just use the real thing?) - but using the beans to make Jamie Oliver's Eggplant, Cannellini Bean & Ricotta Soup. Didn't have any dried cannellini beans, but lots of other beans, as well as this 15 bean mix. We'll see how this turns out.

Also going to try his Crunchy Raw Beetroot Salad (with feta & pear).

Had a wonderfully productive day today - cleaned a bunch of stuff that had been accumulating in the bathrooms/night tables/junk drawers, as well as laundry and Jer tackled his clothes. That is another weekend project for me.

It snowed a bit here today! I know it's not a big deal to some, maybe even most, but in Seattle, it's a big deal. It rarely snows here, but apparently we're in for a snowy winter.
