Dark and the Light

The quote has little to do with the photo (a quick snap walking home from a busy day), but much more to do with my abiding frustration with the psychopathologising of normal life - which is oftimes difficult and stressful, but that doesn't mean there's anything actually wrong; it's just the way life is.
