Retro Time

Last day of our workshop today on Making Better Images. It was full on and a lot of concentration required. We have covered many subjects on 'How' and 'Why' we make images, and given to tools to do so. We also learnt about having a journal, and writing things in it. My group went to the Antigua Boat Shed today, and we had to sit and look for about 15 minutes, and then after writing in our journal our thoughts - then time to take photos along the lines we had been thinking.
To me the Boat Sheds are a very old part of Christchurch, and the punters wear the straw boaters, and look the part. I took this photo of one of the punters, and liked the juxtaposition of the old clock in the background.
