Running of some steam...

After a morning meeting to discuss the merits of the current draft of the proposed Haitian School standards a bit of activity is required. The final opublication of documents seems to be a particular long process in post disaster scenario's. NGO's are putting up structures to try and meet the many needs, but the publication of standards are delayed as the government stalls to argue over the details. Standards need to be raised but the question of to what extent becomes the topic of concern. AFH are dealing with a number of school projects, and work with their experience, raising standards and working within the existing parameters.
