sea grackle

i think it is odd that grackles sometimes reside by the sea. I suppose the gulls have learned to accept them as fellow birds. This really can't be good; since the gulls are scavengers, I wouldn't think inviting more birds along would be a good idea. Population control.
Today Andy and I found lots of washed-up goodies along the shore. Among the debris, we found, shells, lots of dead starfish, flip flops, lighters, nuts, crabs, claws, and unidentifiable sea trash.
I had a good time with Joe playing guitar hero (I guess I'm starting to like it..hmph). We went downtown and sat on a roof talking and photographing the lights.
