Preperation

Next week members of my family will meet to assemble the grave sprays for this year. We will make them using the pine I have cut out of the tree in my side yard.

While we're busy getting sap on our fingers and spray snow on our boots we will be catching up on each other's kids and grandchildren's lives. There will be bragging and laughing and happiness in each accomplishment from all over the place by everyone in the extended family. We will discuss plans for the upcoming Holiday and how it will all turn out. There may even be some, "I hope that for Christmas I will get..." kind of dreams.

I'm really looking forward to it.
