Islands

A dominating feature of being on an island, is islands. Island culture is challenging, yet incredibly rewarding.

Challenging as yesterday we said goodbye to our generator mechanic for several days and already things are less than perfect. Also we said goodbye to Sue, she's off home for several days.

I was supposed to go home, but decided to stay given the generator problems and issue that might be faced. Basically ... the old one is now going again, but the new one has failed. More work needs to be done.

On the flipside, you get to be in a fabulous place. The challenge for me personally would be worth it, but it?s not my challenge, or money.
