Weather window.....

.....missed, that's it disappearing over the horizon and that ominous cloud was dumping gale-force hailstones down the back of my neck by the time I slithered to the seafront through the slush.....I didn't hang around! Apparently I slept through a couple of monumental thunderstorms last night and this morning (snow and thunderstorms, how does THAT work then?), so loud that some local fire brigades were called out by people thinking there'd been an explosion (inside information, my bro is a fireman).....ah yes, british weather, we do it SO well.....
