Obligatory snow photo

Today it snowed. I mean really snowed. I'd say at least 5 or 6" in some places. Decided to go for a little wander to check out the carnage on the roads and take a few snaps. Everything was a bit flat but managed to take some decent photos.

I was walking along looking at a sea of grey and saw this rose peeking out from under the snow. I shook it off and gave it some temporary shelter from the snow as I snapped it. The bright colour under my umbrella is a nice contrast and I like the dappled look the snow on the top of the umbrella gives the material.
