Nature's Christmas Crystals

Got up this morning at some unseemly hour to go play with raindrops..got soaked walking thru the long grass and kneeling in the wet to get the 'right' shot...

Went out again while at work before the rain cleared as it was 'sposed to and earned some odd looks from my colleagues!!

Thought this looked just a wee bit like Mother Nature's own christmas decorations!
