Three little boys, missing since Thanksgiving, a father who is so whacked out mental that he's feared to have left them on the side of a deserted road. The thought of their fear and anguish and that they possibly could have perished already is overwhelming.

Good Great news: - Better late than never

About time, Russia. You want to play like a modern country you should catch up with the laws that bring a country and its people out of the dark ages. You have a ways to go, though so don't sit back and think you've made it. How about giving a few pointers to China while you're at it.
