Wade thro the snow, to Joes, and play Gin Rummy while drinking pints and tea, meet up with the Child and her Bestie, snowdayed away from school, order Hot Choccies with extra marshmallows, and referee a colouring-in competition between children and adults.

Joe, to his credit, laid on a free hot lunch of mashed and roast spuds, carrots, turnip and parsnip mash, and stuffed chicken with bacon, to everyone who braved the blizzard. Note the free bit.....not many would do it for you.
