Plastic bags made of plastic bags

A US Peace Corps volunteer in the Philippines has devised a new way to recycle disposable plastic bags: reinvent them to become new crocheted bags, wallets, coin purses made of twine shredded from used plastic bags. They are coming out with more and more designs soon.
