The Lion of Scotland - St. Andrew's Square

I love this statue, which now resides in St. Andrew's Square. Previously it was at the entrance to Holyrood Park near the Scottish Parliament. Unfortunately, the art committee there didn't think it was of much artistic note and wanted it moved, even though the public adored it.

That is the Scottish Parliament for you - out of touch with ordinary people!
