Farmer, Shepherd, Gardener....

This is our friend. He's a gardener, but he was, and really is a farmer and more specifically a herdsman and shepherd. He knows so much about animals and what he doesn't know is possibly not worth knowing. He works outside whatever the weather and sees the seasons come and go.
