Lanark

So if you only looked at my Blips and nothing else you would think that I spend my life between hospital and Lanark. This is largely accurate. Today my parents and I went up to Lanark to take Nana out for coffee. I didn't do too well with my photos but I did get this shot of the church. Between the decorations poor William Wallace is freezing his backside off...

*Quick history lesson

Although Wallace wasn't born in Lanark it did feature in his life (see Braveheart for totally historically inaccurate portrayal of this.). It was where he 'first drew sword to free his native land'. Oh yeah.
