Christmas decorations

Weird, not having the kids about! Very quiet in the house - and knocks our wee routine right out the window. Me & the hubby keep looking at our watches wondering what we're 'supposed' to be doing with ourselves... ;-)

A lovely long lie this morning. What a change. And then it was off to work for hubby - poor thing. He doesn't normally work on a weekend, but he had some stuff to sort out before Monday.

So I took myself off to Glasgow to do some Christmas shopping. Town was MENTAL. But it was great to walk round the shops by myself and doing exactly what I wanted... Didn't get much in the way of presents but got lots of other bits and bobs... :-)

The house is all decked out for Christmas now. It's looking all lovely and 'homely'. Can we not just change the rules so we can keep the decorations up all year long?
