The other half's homemade humous

Based on Claudia Roden's recipe from Arabesque, H just made this and it's gorgeous, topped with olive oil, toasted pine nuts and a sprinkle of paprika:

One tin chick peas
Juice of 2 lemons
4 cloves garlic
3 generous dessert spoons tahini
Salt
Extra virgin olive oil
Pine nuts
Paprika

Blend chick peas with tahini, salt to taste, lemon juice and chopped garlic.

Put in a bowl, glug over 2 tablespoons olive oil, sprinkle with paprika, add toasted pine nuts.
