Chilli Pepper Jelly

Today - whilst cooking the dinner (roast beef/yorkshire puddings) I made some Chilli and Red Pepper Jam/Jelly. This is quite sweet and hot, and goes really well with cold meats. The peppers were on offer at the supermarket on Saturday - and the rest is history as they say.
