Sugar and spice

And all things nice. I was talking to a colleague about a recipe for Chocolate Torte made with liquid glucose and mentioned that I hadn't seen any since arriving in NZ. She told me where I could get it and that was the end of the conversation. Today she brought me in a jar of said liquid glucose - on the promise I give her some of the torte :-)

TeeJay then noticed while tipping the bottle upside down it was making a very viscose and slow and large drop shape.
She took it away to play with and then when I brought it home I played too. Alas am not an octopus so the shots were crappy BUT this giant bubble of glucose hung about on the side - so here it is :-)
