Maize

I suppose this maize crop is amazing for three reasons.
It is seven weeks at least ahead of the main crop and
We used drip irrigation with minimal water and
there is no chemical fertilizer.
If we can promote this idea, it could save many from hunger as after Christmas
is the really hungry season.
And it looks great!!
Well done guys

For the trees for Ekwendeni I doubt if they will be collected in December because some poeple say they take up to three months after sprouting to plant on the ground. I do not know how we will do with this.

We were supposed to have a meeting last week on Thursday, at Salisbury Line with chiefs but the meeting failed because one child from the community fell into a well and died. Mr Mkandawire called for the meeting. We are still waiting for a new date.

People in Lusangazi are asking for fertiliser; Alinifa, Benedicto, Vasco, Mary Mwanza, Eliness, Alfred, David, Joice, Josphine, Bina, plus Mc Loud in Luwinga.

Rained yesterday till morning today. Ground is so wet.

Mirriam has a baby boy born last Saturday at Central Hospital.

The above said that the report will be ready tomorrow morning. They are still compiling it.

We failed to start off for Zambia because we still have no agreement on the border duty.

We wish you quick recovery
