The graffiti writer 10Foot was sentenced to 26 months in prison last week for painting trains, bridges and tracksides. How on earth can this kind of sentence be proportionate or appropriate? Muggers, paedophiles and rapists frequently get less punishment than that. It may be the law but it is not justice.
