Sledding

Dozens of brave children and grownups sliding down the slopes of Kelvingrove Park today. Not an unusual sight since "Apocalypse Snow" as a local paper put it. It is hard to match the enthusiasm of Glaswegians when it comes to amusing oneself in the snow. I've seen people snowboarding and even canoeing down the hills! I've witnessed several snowball fights and snowman construction sites. All this causes me to think of my childhood. Good times...
