Frozen Beach

A walk along the beach at Musselburgh this morning. temperature something around -5c. Between the snow and the sand is a sheet of ice - very hazardous. The sea water in the ridges and puddles along the beach was also frozen or freezing up. Behind the icicled flotsam you can make out the snowy wastes of Arthur's Seat in the centre of Edinburgh.
