Croft House

When you look at the ruined crofthouses you wonder how people survived in them. This one had three windows and a door - one fireplace and that was about it. Probably would have had a family of 6 or more and some animals as well living in it with a size no bigger than some peoples single rooms nowadays.
Might have been cosy in this weather but suspect it would have been a bit draughty.
