Salad Survivors

Things thawed and the winter salad I grow in the greenhouse perked up.

So I watered it and photographed it to celebrate. It had been looking

quite depressed recently and I was worried it wouldn't survive to garnish

our Christmas meal. Despite delicate appearances it's tough stuff and tasty.

Looks like small portions this year, however I think micro salad is quite fashionable.
