Half moon in the bosque

Today I cancelled plans for dinner with new friends in Santa Fe. I didn't want to risk infecting anybody else with this lousy bug. I stayed in all day. Took a long bath, rested, but I still feel awful. Of necessity I stuck close to home. Walked out (slowly)near sunset to see the mountain change to Watermelon. Looked up and caught the half moon in a blue sky. I shivered but the evening light made me smile.
