End of an era!

While doing my rural delivery today (at a measly 10mph I may add) I bumped into a customer whom I hadn't seen for a few weeks due to rotation and bad weather, only to learn that the old farmer had passed away. Sandy was 94 and had been in respite care for a few months due to Ill health..... I hope wherever he goes the fields are green and the soil is good.
