Chef Raymond Blanc's place in Bristol, Brasserie Blanc, is housed in the most beautiful building, known as the Cutlers' Hall.

I was passing the place on my way home tonight and couldn't resist capturing this shot of one of the windows, with its candles flickering - all very festive.

Not a lot else to report today. The office, freezing cold all week, suddenly became a furnace today - so warm that it made me feel queasy.

But at least the building is still standing after the shenanigans of Monday.
