Mmm Cake

So after the trials and tribulations of the snow I felt it was a cake day. I purchased these for the girls at work, they are all still on their lunch and haven't seen them but I have already eaten mine (it was good!). Yes I know I said purchased but I do plan on making lemon meringue pies at the weekend and taking them to work on Monday.
