Middle of nowhere

Isabelle came home from Univeristy today and we met her at

Cam and Dursley station, half way between Bristol and Gloucester.

Felt like the middle of nowhere in the gathering gloom of a snow shower.

It was empty and so so quiet until the train brought a brief flurry of activity.

There's a huge long ramped bridge to give disabled access to the northbound platform. Looked really out of place, such a regular metal structure in the middle of the countryside.
