Paella

I made Paella for dinner tonight from a recipe I found online. Well, I found the recipe online, we bought the ingredients but when it came to cooking I customised

It was very tasty.

More Christmas shopping was done today. It was more about food this time though. Somehow Jo managed to drag me off to two markets.

This afternoon I took my kayak for a paddle with a couple of fishing rods. Nothing! There is waaaaay too much fresh water in all the creeks after the torrential rain we have had here in the past week.

Hopefully the Chistmas break will see it clear up. Not that it is cold or anything though. Quite the opposite actually.
