tempus fugit

Shades of turquoise

A cold night left only a scattering of crunchy hail along my part of the coast, and the day was a very bright one. I took several pictures of sunny roofs and chimneys while out shopping to stock up fridge and larder pending the arrival of several good appetites. Then more cash was needed of course and while standing by the ATM I noticed this thoughtful young man also waiting - and the tinted streak in his hair was the exact shade of the elegant house across the road! (It's the bookshop, recently painted a rather attractive shade of ?teal.) I couldn't resist sneaking a shot of him - I was so thrilled by the colour-match. I don't think he noticed me or the paintwork, he was lost in thought.
