Icy river

Walked back from the garage after dropping my car off for a service and took a few photographs hanging over the parapet of a bridge (got a few funny looks). This is the River Dibbin near Bromborough on the Wirral. It runs down through a nature reserve, Dibbinsdale, which is really pretty - I must get down and photograph it when the weather improves.

Just had the quote from the garage and I think I'll be eating porridge and looking for free entertainment for a while, so a few nature walks will be in order.
