Red onions sizzling

Supper will take a while. Curry powder, garam masala, other spices whole will be added and lamb mince simmered for at least an hour until all the flavours are melded into one wonderful spicy meal.

ps - it was pronounced excellent by those I made if for. It cooked for nearer 2 hrs in the end. Its the long slow cooking that makes it so tasty.
