Stealth

I'm hosting Thanksgiving again this year. I don't mind; I've got the whole thing very streamlined. This year, I've delegated and I've got it down to only one trip to the grocery store. My mom is doing the potatoes and gravy. My mother-in-law the stuffing. I've asked both my father-in-law and sister-in-law to bring wine (must make sure that is amply covered). Sister-in-law is covering the rolls. My husband is taking care of the turkey, and my brother-in-law will be charged with doing the dishes. I'm not baking this year; the pies have been ordered and will be picked up in a couple days. Don't tell anyone, but all I'm going to do is make a vegetable! This ought to be one of the most effortless meals of the year ;)
