So this is it - even though once again it was a breathtaking beautiful day, with snow twinkling away like mad in the sun and even though I drove over Shap pass this morning where the views were spectacular, I take my image as we arrive home tonight in the dark after work...

Being the optimist though...now that we are past the longest day and endless sunlit days are just around the corner I will get to take some pictures in the light soon - won't I?!!!
