Sunbeams

Black and white

I must have been mad! The men were in town doing what they had to do and so I took the dog and tramped in the bitterly cold Artic wind along the top of the hill to the holly trees. The dog had had enough of this and went home by herself even before I got there but it was worth the view and I was able to cut a basketful of sprigs to decorate the house. A hare also ran across the field from the plantation to the other side and there were many animal footprints in the snow including deer and fox.
