A very typical street shot of kids loitering and playing in the compounds of metro Manila. This is what I grew up knowing, seeing every time I would come and visit the motherland to see family. I've never known the beautiful beaches, mountains and stunning views that most tourists speak of when referring to the Philippines. This is what the Philippines is to me. It's sad, it's reality, it's familiar...it's home.
