Cranberry sauce - to go with the enormous turkey

I've added star anise, cinnamon, lime, bay leaf and brown sugar to the sauce - it tastes pretty good!

When I went to collect the turkey, I was given a huge one rather than the more petite one I had ordered - luckily at the same price. I could easily feed 10 with the one I have - so now the legs are whipped off and frozen for another future meal.
