Christmas Dinner

I've only taken one photo today and this is it - my lovely Christmas dinner which we ate at about 3pm this afternoon. The turkey was amazing, a bronze turkey we ordered from the farm shop sometime in October, just melted in the mouth.

No roast potatoes for me as I don't like them but they did look good.

We had lots of food left over, even with 6 of us sitting down to dinner. So we're going to have another Christmas dinner again tomorrow and then probably a week of turkey curry and turkey sandwiches.

Tiramisu made by one of Gary's daughters for afters, it was delicious but quite scary when she told us what was in it - a pint of cream, tub of creme fraiche, tin of condensed milk, sponge fingers soaked in coffee and brandy and chocolate sprinkles on top. About a billion calories I think, so back on the diet (again) in the New Year.

We all staggered away from the table feeling like we were never going to eat again.
