My attempt of cooking a Christmas Dinner

I live alone, so had to cook my own Christmas dinner, it tasted quite nice, however I have tasted much better. Such as my dear mums dinners, who I lost in December 2005. Horrible lonely day today. But I had to have my Christmas dinner.
