Home grown spinach

Not a great blip, but I did grow the spinach. Not hard but not commonly done in Denver to harvest ones own spinach in late Dec. Our plentiful sun makes it rather easy to grow leaf greens under frost cloth for most of the winter. It is predicated to go to 0F (-18C) Friday night so we will see how things do.
